Disconnected call issue

I dial from my mobile phone  to my customer number and press the extension number for phone inside the company ,

The IP Phone rings  Now I hang off the mobile phone but the IP Phone still ringing. what the problem and

Hi,

When you hang the mobile off, the disconnect message should be received from the provider to the customer gateway & the same disconnect message should be sent to the customer CUCM/PBX.

Please collect the debugs from gateway and check.
