Display names in the IP Phone

Dear All,

I m running CUCM 7.1

I have a small question. Can you please tell me that how i can change the names in the ip phone what i mean to say is that when you go to local directory in the ip phone it is showing the "Last Name" first and then the "First Name".

Is it possible that i can change the directory names in such a way that if anyone open the directory in the ip phone "First Name" should come first and then the "Last Name".

If yes then please let me know that how i can accomplish this task.

Your consideration in this regard will highly be commendable.

That's not something that's configurable with the built in corporate directory, you could always look into a 3rd party or custom corporate directory.
