Displaying incoming calls name on cucm 7.x

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what should be done so to display names instead of Ext numbers for incoming calls

If you mean for internal calls just configure the caller ID under the line.

If you're asking about looking up names for external calls from somewhere, we don't have that in any CUCM release.

Look at Paolo's script for that.
