I have one quetion , maybe somebody knows.

Which Cisco equipment supports dynamic dsp conference and transcoding resource?

Idea to insert one big device and dinamicaly allocate dsp .

you need to do the configuration on the device where the DSPs are to use them. You need to define how many are going to be used for what because they use a firmware for that, exactly what are you trying to achieve??

For example I want to insert 10 sccp mtp profiles and I want dynamicaly allocate hardware session .For example I have Cisco AS5850 with 1000 dsp session, but also I have 500 active session. In sccp profile I can only insert fixed number of session for profile but I need dynamic allocation .Is it possible???

sorry, but it's hard-coded. the CUCM server is the one that will choose which resource to use. if they're on the same MRG they will be allocated in a round robin fashion
