EMCC on recording feature

Hi Team

My customer will implement EMCC on CUCM clusters soon. I have a question about the EMCC with recording feature.

Assumption: EMCC is enable on all CUCM cluster.

1. User A (with EM profile A) login the phone A (with BIB feature) in CUCM A. One JTAPI account is created on CUCM A for recording feature.

2. Then User A login the phone B (with EM profile A) in CUCM B. How can User A able to record his voice stream to recording server via CUCM A as user A is using phone B.

We just implemented a solution like this.

Environment CUCM A 10.5

                     CUCM B HCS 

                     Recording server AQM 9.5

User A profile on CUCM A login to Phone B on CUCM B and the recording need to be recorded on CUCM A side.

We check on the RTMT logs the phone actually sent invite to AQM server but it turn back with 404 not found. 

What we do is manually import the phone B mac address on AQM server and stop the AXL syn on AQM server. Because the consistently syn from AQM and CUCM will clean out any phone or profile that could not be found on CUCM. If we stop the syn the phone will stay on AQM. After that we test the recording it works like chime!
