Wonder if someone could help or point me in the right direction we have a 8 CUCM subscriber cluster running ver 8.6 and have had extension mobility running for two years and suddenly we have a issue where you would enter your details and it would log in and show registered on SUB but no extension number or line text label is displayed on the phone then when you wait for about 5 min it would pop up and all is ok, anyone have a idea what i can check that would cause this delay. all servers and services looks stable restarted tomcat on SUB`s also bounced the subs checked the EM service gave it a restart but none of this resolved the issue...
Any ideas would be great, thxs,

Hi Tony,
Sounds like a database replication issue, I'd check your replication status, a good document to follow is this one:

Also,
Have you tried with a phone registered to the publisher, might not be normal practive for your design, but it might help to understand if the Pub <=> Sub comunication is related to the issue.

Hi Stephen,
I check replication status and all is 2 so no issue on the database replication... Any other ideas?
