CME 12.0 | All 8841/51/61 phones
I have configured parameter external-ring bellcore-dr2 under voice register global (dr2 is the double stutter ring). We have all 8800 phones running the latest 14.1(1)SR2 firmware. The strange thing is that the dr2 ring cadence works for a short period of time but then just reverts back to the normal non-stuttered ring (aka dr1)... as if the phones are deciding to ignore their configurations. If I reboot all of the phones it works briefly but then stops working.
Any ideas on why this is happening? Is there a specific configuration inside the phones that I need to edit that is overriding voice register global commands?
