FAC still working when Publisher is down ?

Hi..

Would like to know if FAC (Force Authorization code) is still functional if publisher is down ?

My thinking is that it will still work since we are only reading the database. Can anyone confirm ?

I don't have a lab to confirm it in, but your logic makes sense. In theory you're just reading the table to make sure the caller enters digits that match a FAC in the database.
