Hi all, there's a way with CUCM 8.0 to create a directory number not associated with any phones that ring when someone call this number?

I need it to include in a hunt list (line group) to create a loop where people can wait (because if all line of hunt group are busy who calls ears the busy tone and I don't want it).

You can use the Attendant Console, which can Queue the calls and play the MoH as the Queue Music.
