HI,
We have an IP telephony set up running on CME.
We have connected FOIP server (COFAX) with our CME version 11.5 which terminated with ISDN E1 PRI and fax connected to VG 224.
Incoming call fax is working but outgoing call fax not working.
When I have enabled the debug voice ccapi inout i can see that cause value is 41 and reason showing
Temporary network failure.
As our normal PRI outgoing and incoming calls are working fine ,I am bit confused where exactly I am missing.
I tried t.38 fax, g711 codec but result is same.
Due to security reasons I cannot post the configuration and debugs on here.
I checked with FOIP server team ,they also mentioned they are getting the same error.(FOIP team is advising to change the protocol from h323 to SIP but without knowing the exact reason we don't want to do that)
But incoming fax are working fine with this setup.
