Hi,
At the last minute a company that takes care of the IT department decided to send all the employees home and asked to direct the main phone to a cell phone.
We have a CUCM, but I don't have much knowledge yet and I never performed this procedure.
It is an urgent matter.
can anybody help me?

I got it to find what I was looking for:
Call route
Route / Hunt
Hunt pilot
Find
SELECT NUMBER
Forward Hunt No Answer menu
Destination: EXTERNAL NUMBER
Calling the search space: CSS_LocalPSTN
Maximum Hunt Timer: 1

You will need to find out your call routing and where that main number lands to do what you're asking, if you call, does it ring a phone?
