forward busy on both internal and external calls

Hi

Trynig to forward calls ( both internal and external) to another extension. Have tried adding the extension number see below but this does not seem to work

Do i need to do osmeting with the "calling search space". this is currently set to system default

yes you need to set a calling search space that has access to the partition in which 24522 lies. Typically i would create a call forward CSS separate from your other CSSes so that you can restrict where all you can call forward to....you definitely dont want people doing toll fraud by forwarding their phones to their grandma and have it spent on the company's dime...:)

Thanks for that - dont want that sort of problem.

Would I be best to setup a line group between the two extensions. that way if eithe of them are busy then it will go onto the next extension?

And to do that do I just need to setup the line group and hunt list? Do I need to worry about a hunt pilot?
