Hello,
First of all i have to say that i am a newbie concerning cisco IOS.
We have at my company two ISDN lines, each connected to a BRI interface.
The two BRI interfaces are in two separate trunk groups, so that calls to mobile numbers are placed through one interface,
and all other calls are placed through the other interface.
What i want to do is this:
When someone from outside calls the phone number of the first ISDN line, then, if that number is busy (both channels are occupied), the call is forwarded to the second ISDN line.
How can i achieve this?
Again, i am sorry if don't write something correctly, but i have just began experimenting with cisco IOS.
Best Regards,
Andreas.

You have no control over incoming calls, get in touch with your telco and ask them if they can configure that behavior.

Hello,
I checked with my telco and they confirmed that this can be done from their side.
So thank you very much for the suggestion.
Best Regards,
Andreas.
