Forward Unregistered issue with TCT or BOT device

Hi,

We configured Jabber for iPhone for some users and we noticed some problems when we set Forward Unregistered.

Let me explain the scenario:

User have Device Profile, CIPC, TCT or BOT device and CSF device associated with the same DN/partition (shared line).

This DN has Forward Unregistered to the Voice Mail. When he is logged off and none of the other devices are running, the unregistered forward is not working. It shows busy instead of sending me to the user voice mail.

If I disassociate the TCT/BOT device from the DN it works instantly.

This happens with all users with TCT or BOT device and with all kind of forward, not just Voice Mail.

Forward CSS was checked and it's OK.

Hi,

I know this is 2 years old, but I just ran into the same problem with CUCM 10.5, CUC 10.5 and Jabber 10.6 .

Has anyone a solution for this?
