We have CCM 6.1.1 and I use FTP to send the CDR to a call accounting program on another server. I am not getting the CDR info to the other server and need to know if Call Manager is even sending the records. Is there some way to check the logs on the Call Manager to see if it is send the files by ftp?
By the way this worked before and there have been no changes to cause this not to work any more.

The logs you need are "CDR Repository Manager" logs. You may get those with RTMT.
