Is their any process to find which device profiles are using on ip devices ?

which CUCM version

normally you you can find it in the phone settings page, go down in the page you will see in the extension mobilty section loged in profile or user

if the user loged in you will see it

how can we know which end user is using which Device [ extension mobility ] for troubleshooting purpose , is their any way to monitor in bulk

Hi,

When you look at the DEVICE-->PHONE page

Look at the top right hand side

You will see in a drop down box "ACTIVELY LOGGED IN DEVICE REPORT"

To the right of this click on "GO"

This will give you a new search page

Select the parameter(S) you want to search by to produced an ordered report

E.g.

Drop down and select all user IDs that BEGIN with "A"  click FIND

Just leave blank to find all

What ever suits you.
