Hi Experts;
I have 2nd lines on our service desk ip phones. when agents try to make a call from their 2nd lines, i need to hide their numbers on called ip phones' screens. moreover, i need to hide their numbers in missed, received directories.
I have CUCM 6.1.2
I appreciate your fast expert opinions.

Configure that DN with a CSS that goes thru a TP which has the calling line ID to restricted.

CCM gets longest match concept here cause all my extensions (2,800 extension) in none pt.

That's a really bad design, there's no way to do what you want, unless you configure CSS and partitions, what you get right now, is the consequence of leaving everything in the none partition.
And NO, CUCM has never done longest match, it's BEST MATCH routing, read the SRND dial plan chapter for full explanation.
