host not found

Hi,

I'm using UCM 6.1. Whenever i press the directory button on the ip phone, it will display host not found.

What could be the cause of it?

Hi,

In CM Administration-Go to Enterprise Parameters,change the URL paths with IP Address of Publisher instead of Hostname.Restart your Ip Phone and see.

thanks. that solved my problem. 1 more basic setup i like to ask you.

Currently my ip phone top right hand side shows the DN number instead of name

I tried many ways but can't able to change it. you have any clues? Thanks

Unfortunately you can't change that in CCM that's possible only in CM Express :)

Try from CM Administration,Device-Phone and from the Line settings add the name in the Line Display field.
