How to allow callers to input 10 and 11 on Auto Attendant ?

Hi we have a CUC 8.6 with an Auto attendant that requires the caller to enter 10 and 11 on one prompt

IT also requires them to press 10 on another Sub prompt on the same greeting

 

press>1 forPassport Offices---->press>1 for San Fernando
----> 1-11 options that forward to DNs

 

Other Selection
press>1 forPassport Offices---->press>6 for Tobago
-----> 1-10 option that forward to dn

 

I was thinking to set up a translation pattern to go to the DN, but there are two options for 10 on the AA.

 

Anyone  has had Luck with this

Why don't you break them down into two call handlers, adjust 1-9 in the first one, then after greeting, send to the second CH, and use the other options there??
