How to change ip phone logo en Cisco 7911 and CCM 7

I would like to change phone logo in Cisco 7911 phones. I use CCM 7.0. Can somebody help me?.

have ip phone 7911  and wants to change the background image, i followed the steps here:

but no new images added in the phone menu, please help me.
