How to create Call Reports from CUCM

Hello.

 

I have a question about a Call Report. I need to create a report where I can see all the simultaneous calls made one month ago. My client have CUCM with a rating server, and the CUCM version is 9.1.2.10000-28. The problem is that my client want to see a report created by the CUCM.

 

Someone has an idea about how to create this report? Or is not possible?

Assuming you had CDRs enabled at the time, you can use CDR/CAR and see if any of the canned reports suits your needs.

If you need more/different information from what the canned reports show, you'd need a 3rd party billing server.
