How to get Agent ID from CTI Manager

Hi team,

I have been asked to investigate cisco JTAPI where our priority is grab the agent ID to connect calls to agents. I have set up the jtapi samples repo working locally - https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/jtapi-samples - to test calling from jabber softphones to each other, but I can only see basic information listening to call events and terminal events such as the extension that is making the call, which extension is receiving the call, and event names.

I now have access to the UCCX box for a week. Is there additional resources you can point me to so that I can set up to get agent information, specifically the agent id?

UCCX provides a layer on top of CUCM CTI/JTAPI, so you will need to look to UCCX APIs like Finesse, for contact center specific stuff like agents/queues.
