How to identify RTP delay in Logs

Hi All,

I have a question not sure if this is possible. I am facing a scenario where calls are getting connected but users claim there is a delay for RTP packets to reach the IP Phone. As far as log goes we can only see the call control and the way its connecting which looks ok.

Question:

1. Is there any way on CUCM 8.X to find out when the RTP packet actually reached the IP Phone? Without sniffers or wireshark. cos issue is random and users are not technical.

2. Is there any QOS testing that can be done..? (QOS has been setup and given the highest priority)

Call Flow: PSTN - CUCM - MPLS network - IP Phone

No, RTP is exchanged between endpoints, all you would see in CUCM is the OLC messages.

You need to gather that info directly from the endpoints with sniffers.
