How to setup a Physical Deskphone on DevNet Sandbox CUCM 14

Looking to learn how to setup a 9971 IP Phone on Cisco CUCM DevNet Sandbox Version 14.0, I have VPN access on my MacBook and I am able to successfully connect to jabber but I would like to connect a physical IP deskphone to test the system as we have a multitude of Cisco Phones.
