I am aware of how to unforward a phone via the web. However, I was looking into doing this by possibly dialing into the users mailbox and removing the forward feature remotely.

If it is for ALL the calls, you can do it from the iphone it self with the Forward All key.

If you are talking about and specific forward option (like forward unregistered internal), i dont know if it is possible.

What Cisco VoIP platform you are speaking about ? Call Manager ? A standard Cisco phone connected to a thirt party SIP exchange ? A SMB kind of Cisco phone connected to either Cisco's UCxxx or third party SIP switch ?
