We are using IP phones and Digital Avaya phone to communicate with our remote users. We are facing humming and buzzing sound from past two days but problem doesn't persist in Digital Avaya phones.Pls suggest.
One issue I've seen is the need to adjust input gain on the PRI voice-port. If the individual IP phone volume is consistantly turned high up to compenstate, it can cause similar effects.
