Hunt Pilot not working right (looping) for translated TF calls, works internally

I have a hunt pilot setup with a hunt list that has two line groups.

 

In the office if I call it it works properly, it goes through the first LG, then the second, then goes to VM.

 

Now, I have a TF number setup with a Translation pattern to go to that hunt pilot and when I call this TF number it hits the hunt pilot but it doesn't work the same.  What is happening is that it is looping the hunt list 3 times before going to VM.  So it rings LG1, LG2, LG1, LG2, LG1,LG2, then VM.

 

I have no idea why it is doing this.  Can anyone help?

How they calls are coming from from TF to CUCM? Is its through a SIP trunk.
You need to check if CUCM is getting multiple setup requests and processing
them which is causing the loop or it is single setup message.

Yes, it is through a Sip trunk.

 

The funny thing is that if I only have one LG in the HL this problem does not occur. 

Check if multiple setup messages are being received which is triggering the
loop Most likely with each setup cucm is trying hunt-pilot as new attempt
which seems to be a loop.


I looked in the real time monitor and it is seeing it as three different calls. I don't know why or how to fix it though.  Any thoughts?
