I am having problems with VoIP Phone running SIP using UDP /TCP on the WS-C3850-12X48U-S

I am having problems with VoIP Phone running SIP using UDP /TCP on the WS-C3850-12X48U-S  the switch is running 16.06.04. We have isolated the problem to packets being fragmented on the layer 2. VoIP Phone interface shows up and up and I can see the mac address of VoIP Phone, but I have dial tone.

 

I use this template:

template XX_VOIP_VLAN_XXX_TEMPLATE
spanning-tree portfast
spanning-tree bpduguard enable
switchport mode access
switchport block unicast
switchport voice vlan XXX
switchport port-security violation restrict
switchport port-security
storm-control broadcast level pps 1k
storm-control action trap
service-policy input custom_voip_policy
load-interval 30

 

I Use this port config

interface GigabitEthernet1/0/9
description XXXXXXXXXX
switchport access vlan 735
switchport port-security maximum 3
no logging event link-status
source template XX_VOIP_VLAN_390_TEMPLATE
spanning-tree portfast
end

Hi,

What kind of issue users are experiencing?

Did you configure QoS on your switch?

Can you please post the configuration of a couple of ports where ip phones are connected to?
