IM&Presence 11.5 , Jabber login issue

Hello All , 

i have IM & presence 11.5 , SIP configured b/w CUCM and Presence . AD authentication is configured but i am  unable to login on Jabber . please advice some trouble shooting steps.

Can you login to self care portal?

Are you using the right JID?

Look at a PRT to start looking into this.
