We have an ISR 4331 voice gateway, our client wants to use it to establish a sip trunk to the itsp for routing all the incoming calls through this path to their call center housing the above mentioned voice gateway. They are using a cloud based PBX+ACD+IVR solution from "Mediatel-Dialogic"for call processing and contact center services like ACD & IVR. is this achievable.
I Will be highly grateful if someone can guide me with the call flow and configurations required, especially if there are some implementation studies documented in detail for cases like these.
