Good Day,
I would like to know if it is possible to change the default voice on Cisco Contact Centre. I have a requirement where i need to determine amount of users waiting in queue. So when the default voice says "2" for instances. Our recorded prompts uses a different voice of course. E.g. What if i wanted to use my own voice so that it sounds the same like my recorded prompts.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
