Hi,
I have problems with an IP PHONE 7641. All buttons are turned on, there is no dialtone and the screen is off. I tried to change it to other port but won't work.

Which CUCM/CUCME version ar you running?
Have you tried factory reset?

Hi Melissa.
Which version of CUCM are you running.
You should also make sure that ip phone is correctly receiving ip address and 150 option.
