IP Phone Authentication failed - Custom Alert

Hi,

 

I have a secure environment, that include call manager cluster in version11.5.1(su3)

I am using authentication string as my method to authenticate

I need to create a custom alert when phones are failing to authenticate.

 

Can someone please refer me to a guide how to do it?

Hello Gidonitzhak,

If the authentication failures appear at the Alternate Syslogs, you might want to create a custome SyslogStringMatchFound alert from RTMT.

You might want to check the following link:

Instead of creating an alert for the phone unregistering you can check how the alert is triggered in the Syslogs and create your custom alert for the authentication failure.
