What kind of setup do you have - cucm or cme?
For calls coming in via the IVR to the operator, is the operator able to transfer calls to another voip extensions(instead of fxs extensions)?
When an external call from a fxo port comes dierctly to the operator (instead of via the IVR), is the operator able to transfer the call to the fxs extension?
Can you please explain in detail what happens when the operator tries to do the transfer? Does she sees any messages on the phone?
