hmm...

i have one question.

we use CUCM 7.1.2

calling from ip phone(A) to ip phone(B) (Local)

If Phone B not answer(don't pick up) continue Ringing then, we will listen busy tone.

my customer want to listen other ment ex) music or anything.

(we didnt use voice mail.)

we can adjust this?

Hi,

You can remove the busy by change the " Forward No Answer Timer: " to be 300

you can change it globally via Service Parameter Configuration

or under the directory number

forwarding no answer is not solution.

ex) im so sorry im very busy or blublu~

CUCM upload WAV file and we can use Instead of busy tone.

ah ,,, you sould use Unity or TCL script on gateways.
