IP phones do not synchronize with CUCM

hello Guyz, i have manually set the time on my CUCM 7.12. but the phones never synchronize to this time.

weird phenomene!! any idaes on how to go about with this?

any help is highly appreciated.

You may also want to check Date/Time group. Not all time zones are compatible with all phone models. I know this was a common issue with certain phones and CUCM 7.1(3). Not sure if it impacts 7.1(2) as I skipped that version for all of my customers.

In any case, you may have a date/time group or Device Pool configuration oversight.

Was it hours off?  If yes, it's probably you haven't configured timezone in the device pool.

You need to set the date/time group setting under the Device Pool. You may need to create a new Date/Time group for the site, System>Date/Time Group.
