IP Telephony - CUCME is greyed out as an option for CCP.

Cannot select CUCME for IP Telephony in CCP. I'm running Version 2.8 of CCP, I have a 2621XM Router. Any thoughts?

IP telephony service has to defined at the command line before the CUCME option will be available.

Insert the following temp "workaround". This should get CCP working with it then you can go back in via CCP and edit the telephony-service configuration as required.

Replace the x.x.x.x with the IP of your CUCME interface address.

 max-ephones 10
 max-dn 10
 ip source-address x.x.x.x port 2000
 max-conferences 8 gain -6
 transfer-system full-consult

I've made the changes that you suggested, but currently the option is still greyed out.

Did you do another discovery from CCP?
