Hi All,

Looking at a problem where its been descrbed as aNoise on the line......voice breaks up & comes back, any advice would be appreciated.

Between what devices?

If there is a PSTN gateway involved, be sure you have clocking stuff adjusted (network-clock select ...).

Hi Harry,

You can use 'show call active voice brief' to make sure it's not a packet loss / jitter issue. Attaching a doc on looking at that.

There's a pretty good chance this is coming from the provider, and can be very tricky to troubleshoot.
