Hi,
I cannot login to the supervisor "Cisco Supervisor Desktop" application using newly created supervisor username and password. When I enter it always get "the password you entered is not correct, please enter the correct password". From the same PC the agent software and other supervisor users’ works fine and I can login to the agent desktop using same user name and password as well.
Anyone have any thoughts or experience with this problem?

is the Java Version the same on the pc's?

Thanks for the update!
Yes it is same. From the same PC the agent software and existing supervisor users work fine. The problem only with newly created supervisor user ID(This is the first time we are login through this user ID).
