IPMA DivAll softkey

We have installed IPMA with proxy line on CUCM 6.1.1. When the assistant console is "online", and the "DivAll" on the managers phone is enabled (on),all calls to the manager line are routed to the assistant's phone as expected, but when "DivAll" is disabled on the manager's phone, calls are still routed to the assistant's phone. Only when the assistant is "Offline", then the calls ring on the managers phone.

There are no filters configured.

Has anyone came across this problem?

Please help.

I am having the exact same problem with CUCM 7.0.2. I have opened a tac case and will let you know what I find if anything.

If I remember correctly, I turned off the filters on the Manager's phone under the IPMA Service.
