ISDN CALL DROPPING

Hi,

I have an issue with Isdn calls dropping after sometime. I can see the link goes down this is the output.

pr 5 11:28:38.306: %CONTROLLER-5-UPDOWN: Controller E1 0/0/0, changed state to up
ESAROTELCM#de
Apr 5 11:28:40.574: %MARS_NETCLK-3-HOLDOVER: Exiting Holdover for Controller E1 0/0/0

I am not sure if it is something wrong with my config or My provider,. any help?

Hi,

Looking at the log you sent with the clock slips etc,

You have detected RAI - This means the other end is not happy with what you are sending.

Try testing your WIC card with a loopback plug
Just make this yourself by using a spare/old patch lead
Cut the lead and loop back pins 1 to 4 and 2 to 5

My type of straight cords that is the white/orange to the blue/white
and the orange/white to the whilte/blue.
