Customer need to integrate it's Old Alcatel PBX to CUCM
All My Side working well IP Phones and PSTN dialing and FXS Phones
Gateway Is Configured MGCP and H.323 and do all needed route pattern and dial-peers in Both cases working well but the problem is integration with the old PBX
PBX range 1XXX , and In demo I connect my VG Back to Back Using FXO in my side and using extension line from PBX simulate as FXS
but the Problem is the PBX work use Pulse Dialing ....
I set the signaling of this port as Ground start and dialing type as Pulse Dialing but no new , with search I found that :
• FXO—Transmits but does not receive pulse dialing
• FXS—Does not transmit, but receives pulse dialing
• E&M—Transmits and receives pulse dialing
When I try to call PBX extensions I hear busy tone
Can any one Help me how

Hi,
If I understand correctly, your PBX is connected to your gateway and gateway convert the signaling to CUCM.
Can you configure H323 on Alcatel PBX? Not sure what model are you using but some of the old ones support H323.
Also, what is the possibility to install new card on the PBX?

we don`t have the right to change the customer`s PBX to H323

Yes as say
I Connect line from PBX to My Voice Gateway through (FXO) Port and its deal with CUCM
Really I choose this Connection as I was in Demo Scenario and need to test if the integration can be done using back to back connection.
I am Not sure If customer PBX Support H.323 and the availability of installing new Cards
as its too old.

Ok, so you are using FXO to connect to legacy PBX.
Analog back-to-back needs a little bit changes to work. You need to use FXO on Cisco gateway as ingress lines coming from old PBX these should be connected to analog station ports on legacy PBX.
For egress use FXS card on Cisco Gateway (not FXO) and connect to PSTN line interface on legacy PBX.
The scenario will be the following:
1. users calling from Cisco to legacy will dial a hunt number points to FXS ports. FXS ports will generate required tone to dial in PSTN ports on legacy PBX. set config for PSTN ports on legacy PBX to be either routed to operator or hunt group or even Auto Attendant, whatever you like.
2. users calling from legacy PBX to Cisco dial hunt number pointing at station ports. it will generate tone to ring into FXO ports. do whatever you want with incoming dial peer :)
I've done this before so it is tested. As I mentioned it is not the best way to do it, but with this call flow you will be able.

Dear Mohamed , I understand what you mean
and will try to do it and hope it work ,
I asked Customer about it's PBX
It was Alcatel 2600E , trying to search about any integration documents about this PBX or any info about it , but no new .
- Is there is any availability to can use E&M Cards on My VG to interface with PBX
FXS Ports as it's Transmits and receives pulse dialing ?

E&M card requires card operating as E&M also on the other PBX.
The analog back-to-back I've described should work fine. Did you go with it?

I'm not sure if this doable, however check this article:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11262001/options-support-old-rotary-pulse-dialing-telephone
best scenario to have such integration over E1. Such legacy PBX can support this, I recommend to use E1 instead of FXO.
