issue in Cisco Phones is in one way

Hi Guys, 

I have an issue in some cisco phones that are established the call and I can't hear the other side and there is not ringing tone.

Check the traffic for the direction of silence audio in case any issues
with routing, natting, or blocking ACLs. There might be a miss configured
rule causing this

I checked that 

But the traffic doesn't reach to Firewall, the traffic is crossover the core switches
