Issue witch Call Forward All CUCM 7.1

Hi everybody,

We can´t forward calls from any device in CUCM 7.1. We press the CFwALL button and while we are dialing the number we receive a fast busy tone. It happens only with pstn numbers. I have tried many CSS and I have restarted services as Callmanager or Cisco Tomcat. Do you have any idea?

This issue started yesterday because all was working fine.

Thanks in advice!!

The PSTN number you're trying to forward to must have a match with a Route Pattern who doesn't ask for a FAC.

In other words, the CSS for CFALL must have a partition associated with a Route Pattern with free access to PSTN numbers.

Hi,

Please make sure you are using the correct dialing string, (if you need to press 9 to get the PSTN then set the number as 9 XXX XXX XXXX or whatever your PSTN dialing string is), also make sure that the phones have the correct CSS for CFALL on the DN settings page.

Is this helps please rate.

Chris.

Hi Chris,

This issue is very strange because we have configured the correct CSS and we are dialing in the right way, example

From DN 3016 I can call my cel phone 904455XXXXXXXX with the CCS_CEDIS configured in the Directory Number Settings

If I forward the call as I show in the next image, I receive a busy fast tone

Obviously I´m writing my number instead of  904455XXXXXXXXX

I can´t forward calls from any DN, this service suddenly has stopped working

¿Do you know if I should restart a service in the CUCM in order to allow call forwarding again?

Thanks!!

I have attached the images.
