IVR on CUE

Dear Experts,

 

I really need your support.

 

Kindly I would like to have your support on one of the task I need to implement.

 

I have cisco voice gateway 3821 and I have installed CUE module on it.

 

I need to configure the CUE in such a way that:

 

if any one calls from outside the call should be answered by the IVR.

 

and the ivr should work in such a way that for example

 

-welcome to XYZ company please press 1 or English or press 2 for Arabic
-for IT department press 3 for accounts press 4 and if you want to talk to the support team please press 0

 

I hope you got an idea what I want to configure.

 

Please feel free to ask anything to understand the scenario more clearly.

 

your support in this regard will highly be commendable.

Hello Malik,

 

That's a basic Auto Attendant, you can download AA sample scripts from the link below:

You have to download CUE Script Editor in order to open the scripts and modify them:

So any idea how I can upload them and configure this scenario.

As said above, you can take a sample AA script and modify it according to the requirement.
