Jabber and corporate directory

Hi guys

Scenario:

HQ and remote site connected throught vpn

In the remote site we have 3 users which their pcs are in different domain From the  users in HQ site

For the other hand ,  the remote users are in the HQ domain for the  loggin in jabber

So the remote users use B domain for loggin into their pcs BUT for the loggin in jabber they are in A domain(which is the domain for the HQ)

The problem is that the remote users cant see in the jabber search field the users in the HQ

The HQ users can see the users in the remote site

Any ideas?

PS:

I cheked into the remote users/pcs and its there the jabber-config.xml into this path

C:\Users\a.ker\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\Config

Then that's your problem, by default you use the domain credentials to log into LDAP and do searches, so, if they don't belong to the domain, it won't work, you need to create a special .xml for those users on which you hardcode a user from domain A, along with pwd, searchbase, etc so they can do that.

The documentation for Jabber from which you got the parameter on how to configure UDS as the directory, also has all that info.
