Jabber presence status issue during DRP

Hi all,

I need your help for a Jabber presence state issue during a DRP.

Actual nodes :

BE6K (1)

  • CUCM Pub
  • CUCM Sub 1
  • IMP Pub

BE6K (2)

  • CUCM Sub 2
  • IMP Sub

We are currently in annual DRP mode (all VMs from BE6K (1) are down). And we have an issue with the presence status.

If we change status manualy it's work fine. If we make/receive a call, we still online.

How can we investigate this problem?

Already check :

  • On Jabber client all connection state are good (including Presence XMPP port 5222 to IMP Sub)
  • SIP Trunk status between CUCM Sub2 and IMP Sub = "Full service"
