Keep getting these errors coming through on my shiny new syslog server:-

2013-04-12 16:11:48,Local7.Error,voipcucm,13987: : ccm: 2026: VOIP-TDC-UCM-SUB1-011.corp.yw.kelda: Apr 12 2013 15:11:48.584 UTC :  %UC_-3-LastOutOfServiceInformation: %[DeviceName=SEP588d0935844d][DeviceIPv4Address=10.19.236.26/24][IPv4DefaultGateway=10.19.236.254][DeviceIPv6Address=][IPv6DefaultGateway=][ModelNumber=CP-6945][NeighborIPv6Address=][NeighborIPv4Address=as-livingstone-house-3750e-177.corp.yw.kelda][NeighborDeviceID=AS-LIVINGSTONE-HOUSE-3750E-177.corp.yw.k][UNKNOWN_PARAMNAME:NeighborIPortID=GigabitEthernet1/0/4][DHCPv4Status=1][DHCPv6Status=1][TFTPCfgStatus=1][UNKNOWN_PARAMNAME:DNSStatusCUCM1=4][UNKNOWN_PARAMNAME:DNSStatusCUCM2=4][UNKNOWN_PARAMNAME:DNSStatusCUCM3=0][UNKNOWN_PARAMNAME:DNSStatusCUCM4=0][VoiceVLAN=3360][UNKNOWN_PARAMNAME:CUCMIPAddress=voipcucm.corp.yw.kelda][LocalPort=50571][TimeStamp=1365779503][ReasonForOutOfService=100][LastProtocolEventSent=0x27][LastProtocolEventReceived=0x9f][AppID=Cisco CallManager][ClusterID=YW-Cluster][NodeID=VOIP-TDC-UCM-SUB1-011]:  Information related to the last out-of-service event

I have done a bit of digging on cisco.com but can't work out exactly what they mean (can hazzard a guess that in this case a phone has been disconnected??) does anyone know for sure what they mean and if and remediating action is required?

thanks

Hi,

You are right, these messages mean a phone unregistered. In your case, [ReasonForOutOfService=100] means

the device detected a version stamp mismatch during registration Cisco Unified CM. When config file version is different between CUCM file and phone current config file, the phone will sent this reason alarm.

Tere.
