Local Directory

After configuring the call procesing solution and directory service. when i clicked on the directory button the local directory is not was not showing.( it has just missed calls, placed calls and intercom)

what do i need to do to make the local directory accessible to my users. i will appreciate it if i can get a quick response. thanks

it is a cisco unified call manager express running IOS 12.4(15)XZ

I am having the same exact issue here. Where you able to solve this problem? If so, what was the solution?
