Missed call alerts but phone doesn’t ring.

Hello,

I'm currently investigating the issue that one of the end users is facing.

From time to time end users gets missed call notifications but his desk phone is not ringing. I have checked CDR reports and can see those calls there. 

The call type is displayed as forward.

dateTimeOrigination is it the time when the phone start ringing?

Can I find out the reason for the forward? I was thinking whether is user that set it to forward all or going to forward as call is not answered etc. Looking for any suggestions that could help resolve that issue. Only one user affected in the office. Not reported in the past by anyone. Thank you.

 

The issue was resolved. Factory reset of the device has resolved the issue.
